Alesya celebrates her birthday alone every year. At home, protected by the walls of her house. When a mysterious gift appears at Alesya’s door, her carefully controlled world is turned upside down.
The single Alesya receives a remarkable birthday present. Inside the package is a hybrid creature that mirrors her every move. Alesya, initially suspicious, allows this unpredictable entity into her routine life, and what begins as an uncomfortable coexistence grows into an intense relationship in which the boundary between human and object slowly fades. As the intimacy in this debut film increases, so does Alesya’s fear: does she dare to truly open up, or will she remain faithful to her safe solitude?
