In three episodes, presenter Alisa Bloemendaal joins children in searching for traces of the colonial past of the Netherlands and Indonesia.
With the help of urban influencer Rizky Kalebos, singer Yosina Roemajauw and heritage expert Aura Pattinama, we gain a broader perspective on how the colonial past continues to have an impact today – both on and from the perspective of young people. And in the meantime, they philosophise freely in each episode: about an alternative name for the so-called Golden Age, which object they would put in a museum and what their favourite (Indonesian) meal is.
